Equine Assisted Wellness and Connection learning program
We help people build confidence, emotional regulation, and authentic partnership with horses—whether you’re brand-new to horses or an experienced equestrian wanting to deepen your connection.
Meet Chester
This sweet boy is the reason I fell in love with the equine wellness world. Our journey together inspired me to create Stable & Centered™, blending decades of leadership experience from the corporate and nonprofit sectors with the profound grounding, clarity, and connection horses naturally teach.
If you’re in the Lehigh Valley area, we’d love to welcome you to a group or private Equine Wellness & Connection Clinic.
Show Season
Show season is coming up FAST and now is the perfect time to get into our lesson program if you want to be in the show ring with us this year!
We’ll be heading to multiple local Open Shows, and riders in our program now will have the time to build skills, confidence, and the right horse partnerships before we haul out.

Horse Availability
To keep things fair and organized for the season, horse show preference is given to current lessors first, then lesson students. So if showing is a goal for you, getting started now (and considering a lease) gives you the best shot at consistent show opportunities.
Whether your goal is:
Your first ribbon
Moving up a division
Building confidence in the ring
Or just having a blast with your barn family
This is your sign to start now and be ready when the gate swings open.
